A World Without "Technology"

Back in 2005, I wrote "Yam Technology?", a light hearted article pondering my company name.  Today, the "technology" part of the name has proliferated, and I am sometimes mistaken for someone or something else.

YTechnology is not:
yitechnology.com - a smart home device company
vtech.com - an electronic products company and famous for its toys
ytech.com - a design and architectural firm
ytechnology.co - a CRM and consulting company

YTechnology is:
- a guy who writes essays here and on Medium
- a guy who writes apps for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- a guy who wrote C/C++ code for NYC landmarks -- the NYSE and the Federal Reserve
- a guy who wrote articles for DDJ Magazine, back when printed journals were a thing
- a guy who wrote DOS GUI Shareware: MPLUS
- . . . fun!

The sunset above is what I imagined for a world without technology.  Ironically, I captured the image with an iPhone.
